Refund policy

STOCK SURFBOARD PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDMENT By completing my purchase, I agree to the following terms:

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery I will inspect the surfboard immediately upon receipt. If there is a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery, I must report it within 7 days by email with photos. After 7 days, the board is considered accepted as is.
  2.  Returns for Change of Mind I may return an unused, undamaged surfboard within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following: · I will pay for return shipping. · The board must be in original condition (no wax, no scratches, no pressure dents). · A 15% restocking fee may apply. · Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned board.  
  3. Remedies for Manufacturing Defects If a confirmed manufacturing defect is reported within the 7‑day window, the business will offer: · Repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping costs). · Refund will be issued upon return of the board, not requiring resale. 
  4.  Normal Wear & Damage Normal wear from surfing, travel damage, or misuse are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund. 
  5.  Governing Law This agreement is governed by Philippine law. Disputes will first be brought to the DTI for mediation. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.

 

ONLINE CUSTOM SURFBOARD ORDER ACKNOWLEDMENT By making a downpayment on my custom surfboard order, I agree to the following terms:

  1. Custom & Non‑Returnable This board is custom‑made for me. I cannot return it for a refund or exchange if I change my mind, dislike the design after shaping begins, or find a similar board elsewhere.
  2.  Remedies for Manufacturing Defects If the board has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not match my agreed specifications upon delivery, the business will first offer repair or replacement. Only if repair/replacement is impossible or unreasonably delayed will I receive a refund – and only under these conditions: · 80% of the price I paid · No immediate refund – the board will be sold to another customer · I will be paid only after the board is actually sold · The business will notify me when sold, and pay within 14 days of that sale  
  3. Normal Wear & Damage Normal wear (pressure dents, heel marks), travel damage, or misuse are not defects and entitle me to no remedies
  4.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This agreement is governed by Philippine law. Any dispute will first be brought to the DTI for mediation. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms above. No verbal promises outside this document apply.
